Returns

You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at citybeloved@outlook.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address and further instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at citybeloved@outlook.com. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
